help.html not working as expected
You must be connected on-line to the Internet to open the help.html. The help.html is looking at the Allwebco website for updates and current information.
If you are connected and the help.html still hangs, or does not open properly. This may be a Windows Internet Explorer problem.
- Drag and drop the help.html into your browser instead of double clicking the file or icon.
- The Allwebco site may be down. The help.html should still open in most cases, but may not display all information.
- Try other browser software like Firefox or Google Chrome.
