help.html problems
You must be connected on-line to the internet to open the help.html. The help.html is looking at the Allwebco website for updates and current information.
If you are connected and the help.html still hangs or does not open properly. This may be an XP error.
Try to drag and drop the help.html into your browser instead of double clicking it.
The Allwebco site may be down. The help.html should still open in most cases.
