Logo image
Most templates include a "logo.jpg" for easy editing. Templates with a header background image usually include a "logo.png" with a transparent background. You may need to check the help section of your graphics software to see how to save .png files with background transparency.

Hover your mouse over the "logo.jpg" in the "picts" folder to view the image dimensions. Optionally you can make this image any size you prefer. It is recommended that you use the default "logo.jpg" width in the template design.

In responsive templates edit the logo width and height in the "style.css".

Custom made logos
Allwebco offers a service to create a basic budget priced logo for any template. See our custom services support page for details and pricing.

Changing the font colors, face or size
In the plain text style of header, the font color and size "class" will be called either ".textlogo" ".NoFlashTitle" or ".logo" and/or ".logo2" and can be edited in the template css file (style.css). Other classes for the header may be in the same section including the header background color, width, height and margins and padding.

For Flash headers, Flash software is required to edit the font face and color. Flash background colors should be edited in both the header.js and also in the css file. Allwebco also offers to custom edit the Flash fonts for a small fee.

Using a graphic logo
Edit the "var logotype" in the "header.js" to "graphic" in all lowercase letters. Click visual above to view details.

Editing the page the logo links to
Edit the "var logolink" in the "header.js" to change the page link either the text or graphic logo links to. The default is linking to the "index.html".

In Flash headers edit the link in the "flash.txt".

Twitter and Facebook links
See the help.html included with your website template download for social link configuration.

Your template may include the social links in the "social-links.js" or in the "header.js". Edit the "var facelink" or "var twitlink" in the .js file with your twitter and/or facebook links. Edit the "var facebook" and/or "var twitter" in the .js file to "yes" or "no" to show or hide the social icons.
