If your template includes the latest Paypal type 2 forms you will set the country currency to use in your Paypal account when generating your forms as in this example.

Note: Payment is automatically converted to your desired country currency depending on what you choose in your account setup. Check in the Paypal developers area for more info.

Currency setup in older forms
The following are the currency codes used in older non-generated Paypal forms. These country codes can also be used in donation and custom payment forms.

  • AUD - Australian Dollars
  • GBP - British Pounds
  • CAD - Canadian Dollars
  • CZK - Czech Koruny
  • DKK - Danish Kroner
  • EUR - Euros
  • HKD - Hong Kong Dollars
  • HUF - Hungarian Forints
  • ILS - Israeli Shekels
  • JPY - Japanese Yen
  • MXN - Mexican Pesos
  • NZD - New Zealand Dollars
  • NOK - Norwegian Kroner
  • PHP - Philippine Peso
  • PLN - Polish Zloty
  • SGD - Singapore Dollars
  • SEK - Swedish Kroner
  • CHF - Swiss Francs
  • THB - Thai Baht
  • USD - U.S. Dollars

Using the above codes
Below are the form button codes for the six most popular currencies. For more info see currency codes at Paypal and the Paypal developers area in your account login.

Code to edit in older forms
In template gallery and product HTML pages you'll find the following option for each form. (In IOgallery templates this will be in your ordering.html only).

You can change the USD to any one of the following (or use codes from the list above):

US Dollars: value="USD"

Australian Dollars: value="AUD"

Canadian Dollars: value="CAD"

Euros: value="EUR"

Pounds Sterling: value="GBP"

Yen: value="JPY"

Notes: Paypal does add new currencies from time to time so check in your Paypal account for the most current options.
